TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general Terms & Conditions apply to all tour and travel services offered by Vihang Tours. By making an enquiry or payment, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as communicated at the time of booking. Confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transport, flights, and other services.
2. Pricing
Tour prices are based on current costs and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control such as fuel prices, taxes, hotel tariffs, or government regulations.
3. Tour-Specific Terms
Each tour has its own inclusions, exclusions, itinerary, and cancellation terms. These tour-specific terms will be shared with the customer before payment and will override these general terms wherever applicable.
4. Responsibility & Liability
Vihang Tours acts as a facilitator for hotels, transporters, airlines, and other service providers. We are not responsible for delays, changes, accidents, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds or compensation shall be payable for delays or cancellations caused due to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India only.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Vihang Tours, cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the tour, destination, hotel, airline, and service providers involved.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the specific tour and will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of enquiry and before booking confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the tour-specific cancellation policy agreed upon before payment.
3. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, permits, or service charges may be non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway and banking charges, if any, are non-refundable
